Cancellation or No Show Policy

Please allow at least 7 days before a Venue Paint Night if you need to cancel your ticket. 

A Palette of Fun Paint Parties has an obligation to the venue they have partnered with to make sure the seats are filled and there is often a waiting list. We also hire our teachers based on the number of guests attending ! 

The full amount of $25.o0 plus tax  for acrylic classes

$35.00 plus tax  ( Glass Painting)

Or Special events ( individual pricing per event)  

 (  I am sorry there are NO exceptions and tickets are NOT transferable to another class)  

*Any minimums for food /drink  for the venue must be paid at the event ! 

  • In the event of  bad weather or not meeting our minimum amount of guests for the venue, there is a possibility of cancelation or postponement for that event.

You will always be notified as soon as we know and a refund will be sent to you for your full ticket price.

Seating Policy

We create a seating chart for each venue. When your register  please tell us  ( in the message section)who you are joining so we can sit your together. Large groups will be at tables close to each other so you can talk and visit amongst yourselves.

If you have any concerns, such as special seating etc. Please put this  information in the “message box” on the reservation page.

REFUND POLICY for a Private Party deposit: A 100% refund will be given 2 weeks (14 days) in the event of a cancellation. Any private party cancellation less than 7 days prior to the event will NOT receive a refund of the deposit. A $50.00 cancelation fee will be applied to your visa. Guests  that are no-shows, and  that you have committed  the seats and  they do not attend the party, you will still be charged for the confirmed seats.

Please be considerate – Creativity is encouraged, however disruptive behaviour may not be tolerated
